• Proactive problem-solving to trace discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Clear, cross-functional communication to explain data to drivers/operators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Reconciliation: process fuel BOLs and sales to track stock at all locations; close monthly periods.
• Discrepancy Investigation: analyze shrinkage or overage trends and identify root causes.
• Vendor Audit: verify supplier invoice data matches BOLs and AP records.
• Loss Prevention Reporting: prepare weekly/monthly reports on variances and maintenance needs.
