Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Manager for fueling infrastructure projects in the Longview, WA area. You will own schedules, budgets, and coordination across engineering, vendors, inspectors, and field teams to deliver underground tank and carwash fueling builds with high safety and quality standards.

You will balance 80% office leadership with meaningful field exposure, and relocation is welcome for the right candidate in this growing fuels division.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with fueling infrastructure projects, including underground tanks and carwash fueling builds.
• Strong coordination across stakeholders, inspectors, and jurisdictions.
• Ability to own work, contribute to constructability discussions, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage fueling infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors, inspectors, and field teams.
• Review design documents, redlines, and constructability inputs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality expectations.
• Maintain clear documentation and communications with stakeholders.
