Job summary

Project Manager in Commercial Construction with Fuel Station Buildouts is based in Longview, WA. The role focuses on overseeing fueling infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating across engineers, vendors, inspectors, and field teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with underground fuel storage tank installation and removal, C-store or carwash fueling builds, and strong safety and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing fueling infrastructure projects.
• Experience with underground fuel storage tank installation/removal is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with inspectors, vendors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage fueling infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Support design documents, redlines, and constructability inputs
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across stakeholders
