AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Manager for commercial and petroleum construction in Longview, WA. The role oversees projects from preconstruction to closeout, with ~50% travel nationwide to fuel stations, convenience stores, and car washes.

Base salary targets up to $160,000 per year plus benefits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM roles within commercial construction, supervisory experience, and strong budgeting and coordination skills with subcontractors

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful Construction Project Management experience within commercial construction or related general contracting.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and progress of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee ground-up commercial, petroleum, fuel station, convenience store, retail, and car wash construction projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and plans to prepare cost, labor, and material estimates.
• Coordinate development activities from estimating through construction execution.
• Develop schedules, manpower, equipment, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners, and design professionals.
• Coordinate pricing packages with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review project estimates and budgets prior to submission.
• Monitor costs, schedules, financial performance, and profitability.
• Participate in planning, development, estimating, and construction strategy.
• Support client meetings and sales activities as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, schedules, and records.
• Operate company vehicles per requirements.
• Travel approximately 50% to project sites nationwide.
