Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Field Construction Manager with a strong background in petroleum fueling systems, underground storage tanks, and pump/tank installation. Qualifications

• 8+ years of pump & tank / petroleum fueling-system installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of the complete fueling-system installation process.
• Experience with underground tanks, fiberglass piping, flexible piping, pumps, dispensers, panels, and related equipment.
• Current certifications in fiberglass pipe, fiberglass tanks, and flexible piping.
• Franklin Fueling Systems and OPW component certifications/approvals.
• Licensed or able to obtain required licensing in Maryland, North Carolina, and Delaware.
• Experience leading multiple field crews and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working with a high level of independence.
• Stable employment history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pump, tank, and fueling-system installation projects from the field.
• Direct and work alongside crews performing new installations, remodels, retrofits, tank-top upgrades, removals, and heavy maintenance.
• Oversee the complete installation process, including grades, piping, panels, equipment setting, and system installation.
• Coordinate multiple crews and projects while maintaining quality, safety, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot field issues and ensure fueling systems are installed and operating correctly.
• Travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and North Carolina as projects require.
• Serve as a senior field leader while remaining close to the actual construction and installation work.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Construction Manager with a strong background in petroleum fueling systems, underground storage tanks, pump/tank installation, and heavy maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows the work from the ground up and can simultaneously oversee multiple installation projects and field crews throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple pump, tank, and fueling-system installation projects from the field
