Job summary

Carson in Eugene, OR is seeking a dispatcher for night shifts (5:30 pm – 6am). The role focuses on monitoring fuel inventories, dispatching orders to trucks, and ensuring smooth logistics in a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred (we will train right candidate).
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch bulk fuel deliveries and monitor inventory.
• Create truck/trailer load plans for drivers based on contracts and pricing.
• Relay orders and driver needs, resolve obstacles and rack issues.
• Answer after-hours customer and driver calls and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Track drivers and coordinate with management to meet customer expectations.
