Responsibilities

• Sales Support: act as the primary contact for existing and prospective customers regarding fuel orders, deliveries, and services.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction; build long-term client relationships.
• Order Management & Coordination: process orders accurately and coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
• Account Management & Reporting: manage order histories, billing, and generate sales reports.
