Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide members through fuel application and line of credit setup, coordinating with Sales to drive funded accounts. You will manage applications, activate cards, and maintain records in Salesforce while following defined workflows.

Responsibilities emphasize high call volume support, accurate data entry, timely follow-ups within 3–5 days, and clear communication with Sales and customers in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Punjabi and/or Hindi.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and follow structured workflows.
• Attention to data entry accuracy.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Time management and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from the queue and assist members in real time.
• Complete fuel and line of credit applications with members over the phone.
• Create and manage Salesforce opportunities for Fuel Implementation and FC Credit.
• Communicate completed applications to Sales, including providing Application IDs.
• Schedule follow-up implementation appointments (typically 3–5 days out).
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation in Salesforce.
• Coordinate handoffs between Implementation and Sales teams.
• Drive timely follow-ups to prevent delays in funding and activation.
