Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a New Client Coordinator to manage onboarding for new clients in the Love’s Financial Factoring Solutions suite. You will set up clients on the Factoring Mobile App and educate users to ensure smooth adoption.

The role includes data entry for the Customer Management System, invoice verifications for new clients, and collaboration on ongoing onboarding tasks. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of factoring or commercial finance collateral analysis preferred; bank teller experience considered.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new and existing clients on the Factoring Mobile App.
• Provide ongoing education on the Factoring Mobile App for existing clients.
• Complete data entry for the company Customer Management System.
• Perform verifications on invoices submitted by new clients.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
