Job summary

Omron Healthcare, Inc. in Dallas, TX, seeks an Import/Export/FTZ Operations Manager to oversee FTZ day-to-day activities and serve as the main liaison with CBP and customs brokers. You will implement best practices for FTZ import/export, lead a team across compliance and logistics, and report to management on post-entry audits and vendor relations.

Travel is expected to be under 10%. You will develop training programs, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 2 years college plus 7 years import/export experience.
• 7+ years in importing/exporting and customs brokerage.
• OneSource experience is a plus.
• US customs broker license preferred.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and ERP/WMS familiarity.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership.
• Travel <=10%.

Responsibilities

• Communicate FTZ requirements to FTZ personnel and present information internally and externally.
• Resolve FTZ operational issues promptly.
• File FTZ entries with CBP for the company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare documents for CBP entry submissions.
• Support compliance audits and assessments.
• Maintain FTZ post-entry audit program.
• Oversee FTZ administration and related functions.
• Assist WP requests with FTZ queries.
• Directly manage import/export freight forwarders.
• Oversee FTZ vendors with management approval.
