Job summary

Unimacts Global is seeking a FTZ and Customs Project Coordinator based in Conroe, TX. You will manage FTZ operations, maintain CBP documentation, and coordinate with brokers and warehouses across multiple projects. Strong ERP experience and Excel reporting are essential.

The role reports to the FTZ Manager and requires a solid background in U.S. customs, import processes, and multi-project logistics. Training on internal systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. customs and import operations, customs brokerage, or trade compliance.
• Working knowledge of U.S. import clearance and CBP documentation.
• Experience maintaining shipment and inventory data in an ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience maintaining trackers and schedules.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses.
• Ability to manage 20+ projects simultaneously.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage FTZ operations under the FTZ Manager, including zone admissions, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Prepare and track customs and FTZ documentation (CBP Forms 214, 3461, 7501, 7512).
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouses on FTZ/bonded shipments.
• Maintain and reconcile FTZ/bonded inventory against system data and docs.
• Build project trackers, delivery reports, and Excel templates.
• Develop schedules based on material readiness, vessel arrivals, and customer needs.
• Provide weekly delivery updates and escalate delays or issues.
