Job summary

Unimacts Global in Conroe, Texas is seeking a FTZ and Customs Project Coordinator to manage FTZ, bonded and customs activities for 20+ projects. The role reports to the FTZ Manager and requires strong U.S. customs experience in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with brokers, carriers, and warehouses, preparing CBP documentation, and maintaining accurate ERP records in Microsoft Dynamics. Excellent attention to detail and multi-project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. customs and import operations or trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience with FTZ or bonded warehouse operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of CBP forms and import documentation.
• Experience maintaining shipment and inventory data in an ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with trackers and schedules.
• Ability to manage 20+ projects simultaneously and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Support FTZ operations, admissions, transfers, and withdrawals under the FTZ Manager.
• Prepare, review, and track CBP/FTZ documentation with brokers.
• Monitor clearance and provide required documents to warehouses and carriers.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and warehouses on FTZ, bonded, and import shipments.
• Maintain records to ensure CBP compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop project trackers, schedules, and delivery reports in Excel.
