Job summary

Celestica seeks a Fort Worth-based FTZ Manager to oversee zone operations, CBP liaison duties, and regulatory filings. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize duty management and reporting.

The role requires 5–7 years in FTZ management and strong ERP experience, with a focus on accuracy, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, SCM, Logistics, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on FTZ management experience.
• Experience with FTZ software packages and major ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• CBP liaison: primary contact for CBP and FTZ Board; manage audits and spot checks.
• Oversee FTZ admissions (Form 214), weekly estimates (Form 3461) and FTZ reports.
• Maintain FTZ Bond, activation agreements, and site SOPs.
• Ensure proper declaration for PGA-regulated goods (FDA, EPA, FCC).
• Develop and train teams; liaise with Celestica management to ensure compliance.
