You will ensure compliance with 19 CFR and HTSUSA, manage emails within one hour, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while completing annual training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of import brokerage experience; English and Spanish fluency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred).
• FTZ operation knowledge (Preferred).
• 3 years' experience in import brokerage.
• Experience interacting with government agencies.
• Project management skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Knowledge of 19 CFR (Parts 1-199) and HTSUSA.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to complete work within standard procedures, guidelines and office policies.
• Self-driven personality and good business sense.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• English and Spanish fluency.

• Meet KPI standards per OPS procedures.
• Review FTZ reports and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Process FTZ requests and in-bond clearances as outlined in OPS.
