Job summary

Celestica, Inc. in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Trade Compliance FTZ Manager to lead end-to-end regulatory compliance for the Foreign Trade Zone and coordinate with 3PL partners. The role requires deep FTZ knowledge, project management experience, and strong analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field is expected, with licensure in customs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8+ years FTZ administration and trade compliance experience.
• License in Customs (LCB) or Certified Zone Specialist (CZS) preferred.
• Strong HTS knowledge and FTZ software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FTZ operations and trade compliance.
• Direct daily zone and import activities including CBPF 214 and 3461/7501.
• Lead ICRS audits to align physical inventory with customs records.
• Prepare FTZ Board filings and annual regulatory submissions.
• Maintain FTZ procedures and conduct regulatory training.
• Establish KPIs to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with 3PLs/brokers for ASN accuracy and reconciliations.
• Oversee 3PL/Direct FTZ implementations and map FTZ storage.
• Act as key contact for FTZ solutions with stakeholders.
