Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of trade compliance experience; or 5 years FTZ administration experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker credentials are desirable.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP/FTZ platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player who can work independently.
• Familiarity with distribution, transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FTZ operations at multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate FTZ filings (CF214, 3461, 7501) and export procedures.
• Coordinate inventory control and SAP data reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare quarterly FTZ reports and assist audits.
