Job summary

All Points Broadband seeks a network engineering leader to oversee design and engineering of fiber-based GPON service delivery and access networks. You will guide hardware, software, and related systems, supporting recovery operations and coordinating with users to identify and fix issues.

The role requires extensive experience in network design, collaboration with operations leadership, and a focus on securing and optimizing multistate regional ISP networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and configuring network infrastructure and transport layers.
• Ability to visualize solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical operations leadership.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
• Knowledge of app transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and engineering for multistate regional ISP projects delivering fiber broadband.
• Drive aggressive design, development and construction plans; align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to negotiate technology solutions.
• Maintain and administer service delivery networks and related environments.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and data backups; ensure data protection.
