Job summary

The I&R Manager ensures high-quality workmanship, manages a team of technicians, and enforces safety standards. This full-time position entails working in various outdoor conditions and management responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fiber optic installation and repair, preferably FTTH.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in field operations.
• Strong knowledge of fiber drops, splicing, testing, and customer premise equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret network designs and construction prints.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential and small business fiber installations and repairs.
• Manage daily I&R operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for installs, repairs, and drops.
• Hire, train, and supervise I&R technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation and repair quality through audits and inspections.
