Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager – Construction to lead end-to-end telecom construction projects. You’ll oversee field operations, crews, and safety. Experience in fiber drop or in-home installations is a plus.

Coordinate schedules, budgets, KPIs, and client communications. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in telecom or construction PM are preferred. Strong leadership and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, or project management preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in telecom or construction project management.
• Experience leading field teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local construction operations including aerial, underground, and in-home installation activities.
• Supervise employees and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate project resources and schedules against defined timelines and milestones.
• Track progress against budget and KPIs; report to internal stakeholders.
• Act as primary liaison for clients and project teams to address scope changes, concerns, or delays.
• Select and manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors including scope and deliverables.
• Maintain job site safety standards and adherence to all client and company protocols.
• Support project kickoff, closeout, and post-project evaluations to improve processes
