ILAN Builders is hiring Fiber I&R Technicians to perform residential FTTH installations, activations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Training may be available for candidates new to fiber, with production-based pay and location-specific details during recruiting.

You must have your own reliable vehicle and industry tools, and be willing to work outdoors in varying conditions. We value punctuality, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Install, activate, troubleshoot, and repair residential FTTH services.
• Install aerial and buried fiber drops.
• Perform interior and exterior wiring and service activations.
• Install and service NIDs, ONTs, and related equipment.
• Test fiber connections and verify service quality.
• Complete work orders and service documentation.
