Job summary

Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to coordinate FTTH network deployment projects across market engineering teams, design vendors, permitting, and construction.

You will ensure deliverables are on schedule, aligned with market build plans, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and readiness for construction. This role requires strong program leadership to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and establish repeatable processes for

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, fiber deployment, outside plant (OSP), FTTH, or related infrastructure.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables, project schedules, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with engineering design vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering, permitting, and construction workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills. Ability to drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing project status reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project/task management tools.
