Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of technical support experience focusing on Rockwell FTPC.
• Certifications in Rockwell Automation or related technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical support for FTPC systems and related Rockwell components.
• Troubleshoot FTPC issues, reproduce and resolve incidents, and document solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for customers.
