Job summary
ZENITH INFOTEK LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC) Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to support manufacturing environments. This onsite contract role requires hands-on FTPC expertise and strong production troubleshooting capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years in technical support, knowledge of MES, and familiarity with Rockwell Automation products.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of technical support experience.
- Hands-on FTPC experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- SQL or Python knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
