Job summary

Richcroft in Harford County, MD is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. This weekend shift runs Saturday and Sunday 9am to 3pm, and involves working with women.

The role includes supporting community participation, developing independent living skills, and medication administration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D required.
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed
• Must have at least 2 years driving experience
• Must be at least 20 years old
• Some lifting and transferring may be required

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

We are seeking a Part-TimeWeekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Saturday & Sunday 9a - 3pm

(working with Women)
