Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Coram is seeking a dining services assistant to help create a welcoming experience for residents. You will take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, clear tables, and assist with dish room duties in a caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide attentive service.
• Set and prepare dining room tables before meals.
• Help residents find comfortable seating.
• Take meal and beverage orders.
• Explain available menu options when needed.
• Serve meals, beverages, desserts, coffee and tea.
• Refill water and offer additional servings.
• Clear and reset tables between meals.
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized and welcoming.
• Assist in the dish room, including operating the dishwasher.
• Safely store and return walkers and other mobility devices.

What You'll Do
