Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking compassionate night shift staff to support residents at our Tupelo community. The role runs 7pm–7am with pay between $13 and $15 per hour and offers DailyPay access.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, responding to calls, supporting dining services, and ensuring safety during emergencies. Candidates must be able to read and follow instructions, lift heavy loads as required, and maintain good health.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple calculations and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds with a partner in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics.
• Must maintain overall good physical and mental health.
• We are a drug-free workplace and conduct criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and services for residents including ADLs.
• Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance.
• Assist residents in emergencies as needed.
• Assist with medications as directed by supervisor.
• Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner.
• Clean residents' apartments, launder clothing and linens, and clean common areas.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.

Night Shift Hours: 7pm-7am

Pay Range: $13-15/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Rate of pay is based on experience
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests
• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:
  • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance
  • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency
  • Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.
  • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents
  • Assist residents with medications
  • Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner
  • Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community
  • Accompany residents toscheduled appointments
• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics
