Job summary

Hickory Senior Living Management, LLC is seeking caregivers for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). Roles include personal care, assistance with ADLs, dining service, and light housekeeping. DailyPay access and immediate pay option referenced in the posting.

Responsibilities include responding to calls, assisting with meds, health and safety support, and providing compassionate care to residents. Must be able to lift and assist with transfers; drug-free workplace with background checks.

3rd Shift FT & PT: 11p-7a
Pay Range: $10-13/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, families, and guests

• Provide personal care and services for all residents including:

  • Respond to the pull cord system and calls for assistance

  • Assist all residents in the event of an emergency

  • Assist with ADL’s includingambulating,transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals,etc.

  • Assist in performing, monitoring and supervision of daily personal hygiene of residents

  • Assist residents with medications

• Serve residents in the dining room in a professional, friendly manner

• Clean resident’s apartments, launder their clothing and linens, clean common areas of community

• Accompany residents toscheduled appointments

• Must be able to read, write, and make simple calculations and followbothoral and writteninstructions

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift, using proper body mechanics

• Overall good physical and mental health

• Overall patient and compassionate

• Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire

• Must work well with othersand independently

• Sincere desire to work with the elderly and the infirmed
