Job summary

Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for both full-time and part-time overnight shifts, with on-the-job training to become a Medication Aide. The role offers chances for career growth within a close-knit assisted living community.

You’ll provide personal care, monitor resident well-being, and build meaningful relationships with residents who rely on you each shift. Training for Medication Aide is fully paid by the employer.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• No certifications required—training provided.
• Willing to learn and grow in a healthcare career.

Responsibilities

Positions Available

• Full-Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Part-Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
