Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for both full-time and part-time overnight shifts, with on-the-job training to become a Medication Aide. The role offers chances for career growth within a close-knit assisted living community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Assist with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Build genuine connections with residents who count on your presence every shift.
• Grow into a Medication Aide role with fully paid on-the-job training.
