Advanced Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Little Rock, AR. You will work under a licensed PT to deliver targeted care for orthopedic and post-operative patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for clinical growth, CEU resources, and a collaborative team focused on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Arkansas PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, where applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
