Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a dedicated Overnight Med Tech for a full-time overnight shift (10pm-6am) at a new assisted living community. The role includes shift differentials, 401(k) match, paid vacation and sick time, paid floating holidays, a free meal per shift, and DailyPay to access earnings.

Assist residents with ADLs and support independence under RN direction, while observing changes and documenting daily activities.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred).
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the service agreement.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.

• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities
