Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is hiring a Med Tech for an overnight shift (10pm–6am) on a full-time basis. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with differential pay, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Daily meals are provided during each 8-hour shift.

The role involves assisting residents with ADLs, supporting independence, and providing physical and emotional care, under RN supervision. Qualified candidates include those with LTC/AL experience and CNA/HHA/CNA registration as

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• WI CBRF Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as per service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence.
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance and engagement.
• Complete daily documentation (schedules, logs, etc.).

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assistresidents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) asindicatedon the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach andmaintainthe highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assistwith treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

CaregiverQualifications:

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Hours:

• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week)HOURS with pick up opportunities
