Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI, is seeking a FT Overnight Med Tech to join our team. The role covers 10pm-6am shifts in a new assisted living community, with a full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

You will support residents with daily activities, assist with treatments under RN guidance, document care, and enjoy benefits such as a 401(k), paid time off, floating holidays, and DailyPay. Paid meals during shifts and shift differentials are included.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred).
• Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or CNA (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
