Job summary

Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is seeking a Full-time Overnight Med Tech to join our caring team. Schedule is 10pm-6am. This role requires dedication to residents’ daily living activities and health needs during overnight hours.

Preferred candidates hold WI CBRF certification and CNA/HHA credentials with 6 months of long-term care experience. We offer shift differentials, a 401(k) match, paid vacation/sick time, floating holidays, a free meal per shift,

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• Observe clients and report changes in condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, and communication book.

Caregiver Responsibilitie s :

• Assistresidents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) asindicatedon the individualized service agreement

• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications :
