Job summary

National Fitness Partners seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our team for a full-time overnight schedule (Mon–Thu 10 PM–6 AM). Starting at $12/hour with a $1 differential for overnight hours, with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle phones and greet members professionally.
• Comfort with multi-tasking and following information scripts.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Greet, sign up, and tour new members; log amenities.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
