Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting changes to the medical staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
