Job summary

Topologie is seeking a full-time Keyholder in Los Angeles, CA to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will open/close the store, assist customers with product knowledge, and help drive sales through the Topologie Wares System™ demonstrations.

You will maintain displays, replenish stock, and train new staff on service standards while collaborating with store leadership to ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Role Description

The FT Keyholder at Topologie is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. This role includes opening and closing the store, securing premises, and assisting with cash handling and basic administrative tasks. The Keyholder will actively engage with customers, provide informed product recommendations, and demonstrate the unique features of the Topologie Wares System™ to drive sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. The Keyholder also supports team members, helps train new staff on product knowledge and service standards, and communicates customer feedback to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and explain technical features and styling options.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills, including understanding of sales techniques, add-ons, and meeting individual and store targets.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, outdoor, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage basic POS tasks, and handle opening/closing responsibilities reliably.

• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• The position pays between $19 to $21 depending on your experience.
