Job summary

Steps New York is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations on-site in Edison, NJ. You will assist customers with product selections, provide styling suggestions, and help maintain an inviting sales floor and fitting rooms.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will participate in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and training new team members to uphold brand standards and a high level of service.

Role Description

The Keyholder is a part-time, on-site role based in Edison, NJ, responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Keyholder assists customers with product selection, provides styling suggestions, and maintains an organized and clean sales floor and fitting room area. The Keyholder also helps train new team members on store procedures, customer service expectations, and brand standards.
