Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive condition per established procedures and supervisor instructions.

This role supports residents and team members in a courteous, professional manner, with a priority on resident safety and satisfaction.

Requirements include one year related experience, compassion for the elderly, ability to read and follow directions, teamwork, and passing health and background checks.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner according to procedures and supervisor directions.
• Perform duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.
• Support daily operations to promote a comfortable living environment for residents.
