Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cincinnati is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, BLS certification, and a willingness to work in a home health setting. Prior nursing experience is preferred, and opportunities for growth and recognition are available.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
