Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The hourly rate ranges from $25 to $30, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; delivering skilled nursing services per orders; and monitoring patient status, collecting data, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• Provide skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment.
