BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping for clients in their homes.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent with quality one-on-one care. Day shift availability is required, with opportunities for additional hours as available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care (Home Health, Assisted Living, etc.).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients’ lives.
• Assist with daily activities: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands.
• Provide physical assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or needs; communicate with RN Case Manager.

We are seeking a Full-Time Day Shift In-Home Caregiverto provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping for clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while receiving quality one-on-one care. Day shift availability is required, with opportunities for additional hours as available.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
