BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping for clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care (home health, assisted living, etc.).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping for clients in their homes. • Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
