Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help maintain the highest level of resident care. New graduates welcome as part of an active, dedicated team focused on compassionate care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for mental and emotional well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; document new data.
• Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician.
