Job summary

River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend LPN to join our skilled nursing team in St. Louis, MO. You will provide personalized resident care and support seniors with daily living activities while collaborating with a supervising RN or physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician.
