Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend LPN to join our clinical team in Ballwin, MO. Provide high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting, working with an active team dedicated to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include bedside care, vital signs, and coordinating with the supervising RN. New graduates welcome and shifts are 12 hours with flexible options to fit weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician.
