Vista Prairie Communities seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Vista Prairie at North Pointe, Assisted Living. Join a team that cares deeply for residents and provides support to families, with a culture of compassion and teamwork.

This full-time day-shift role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a positive resident experience daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year CNA experience required.
• CNA certification required.
• Experience passing medications preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
