Job summary

Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Start a meaningful career with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Overnight shifts are available (10:00pm-6:00am) with full-time and part-time options, plus a supportive team and extensive benefits. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and fostering residents' emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
