Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Berwyn, PA. The role starts at $12 per hour for a full-time schedule, with additional pay increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter on anniversary dates.

The position focuses on delivering a Judgement Free member experience and supports growth through internal advancement opportunities. Benefits include health insurance options, 401K with employer match, PTO, and life insurance, among others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Monday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm and Friday 1pm - 9pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
