Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, log amenities and process purchases. The role requires friendly, professional service and a willingness to help create a judgement-free club experience.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled shifts 2pm–10pm, Monday through Friday. Hourly raises occur at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to operate the point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Greet members, sign up new members, provide tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new enrollees.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
